Everyone responds differently, however consistent daily use is the key to success. With proper application most people will start to notice the beginning of results within four weeks. Wait two to three months for your eyelashes to magically transform into LiLashes™.

LiLash® is manufactured in an FDA certified facility using only the highest quality ingredients. However, because the skin around the eyes is highly sensitive, some users may experience mild irritation, redness, or itching at first. If this happens, switch to an every other day application until the irritation subsides.

Absolutely! LiLash® is the perfect companion to eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tinting. LiLash® fortifies and strengthen the lashes, promoting healthier growth and reducing natural breakage. Great for eyelash extension wearers! Also, combining LiLash® with lifts and tints magnifies the effect of the treatments. This is also true for LiBrow®!

LiLash® should be applied once a day to a clean, dry eye—upper lid only. Remove the applicator and wipe any excess serum on the inside of the tube; a very small amount is all that is needed. Apply the product along the lash line, just like you would liquid eyeliner.

LiBrow® should be applied once daily to clean, dry skin. Remove the applicator from the tube and carefully wipe any excess serum on the inside of the tube. Swipe the applicator tip along the skin of the eyebrows where more fullness is desired.

Amazing LiLashes™ and brows will last for as long as your customers use the products. If they discontinue use, their lashes and brows will revert back to what they were before. However, most customers never stop using.

The area around the bottom lashes is extremely sensitive and we do not recommend applying the product there. When applied correctly, LiLash® will gently travel to the lower lashes when you blink.

We recommend each product be used for the specific area it was created for. LiBrow® is formulated for the thicker, denser hair on the eyebrows, and LiLash® was formulated for the delicate skin around the eye. Each brush is created to dispense just the right amount of product for each area.

We encourage you to promote LiLash® and Librow® in your salon or spa, however you need to maintain the integrity of our MSRP. Many LiLash Pros will combine our products with other service promotions!

No. A change in the color of the iris has never been reported with the proper use of LiLash®.

Some customers experience a slight darkening on the upper lid with regular application. It's important to know that this is not harmful and will disappear after use is discontinued.

Many people turn to LiLash® and LiBrow® with great results to help restore their lashes and brows once chemotherapy is completed. This is one of the most gratifying uses of LiLash® and LiBrow®.

LiLash® has not been tested in all circumstances. Therefore, like many products, we do not recommend using the product while pregnant or breastfeeding.

No. LiLash® and LiBrow® are paraben free.

LiLash® and Librow® unopened have a shelf life of 3 years, once opened the product is opened it is good for 9 months.

The only difference between LiLash and LiLash XL is the amount of formula in the tube.  LiLash XL is a 6 month supply and LiLash is a 3 month supply.

No. LiLash Synergy Mascara does not contain any eyelash serum in its formula. To get natural longer-looking lashes, you must apply the LiLash Purified Eyelash Serum on your lash-line (the skin right above your lashes) to be properly absorbed into the lash follicle.

No. The LiLash Synergy Mascara is water resistant, meaning that it can resist the penetration of water to some degree, such as tears and moisture of your eyes on a daily basis.
