Customer Return Process

From time to time, you may have a client who wants to return their LiLash Beauty product. For a seamless return process, please follow the below steps:

  1. Make sure your client is applying the product properly. Incorrect application is the culprit for a majority of client concerns.

  2. Reinforce that it takes 90 days for full results. If someone is not seeing results as quickly as hoped, remind them it will be worth the wait!

  3. If someone is unable to use the product for any reason, please refund your customer and follow these short instructions for us to process your replacement piece:
    • Email the following information to  support@lilashpros.com to process your replacement pieces:
      • Product Type (ex: LiLash 2mL)
      • Reason for return (ex: irritation)
      • Batch Number (this is found on the bottom of the tube)

Please send this information at the time of the return, in case our quality control has any follow up questions for you. We must have the information a minimum of 48 hours prior to placing an order for us to process and add to any new orders.
